Description:
SACT is the national standard for reporting systemic anti cancer therapy treatments for the NHS in England. The NDRS are responsible for the ongoing maintenance, development, and implementation. The data set relates to all cancer patients, both adult and paediatric, in acute inpatient and outpatient settings, but does not include private patients or primary care. The SACT Information Standard addresses the requirement to standardise the recording of SACT treatment and outcomes through electronic systems.
