Description:
Between 19 March and 31 August 2020, NHS Continuing Healthcare (NHS CHC) assessments were deferred. From 1 September 2020, local health and care systems resumed NHS CHC assessment activity and this collection supported the monitoring and reporting against clearance of the deferred NHC CHC assessments.
Data collection ceased in June 2021 and all deferred assessments have been completed.
