GP contractors and sub-contractors with total NHS earnings above £150,000 per annum will be listed by name and earnings in a national publication, starting with 2021/22 NHS earnings.
Individuals who are in scope are required to confirm their name and job title and to declare the following information:
- their NHS earnings for the relevant year
- the organisation(s) from which the NHS earnings were drawn
General Practices submit identifiable data to NHS England, via the NHS MS Forms platform, on an annual basis. The collated data will be published in report format on an annual basis.

clinical sub-contractor and individuals engaged by a third party for clinical
service provision.
