Description:
A collection of estates and facilities data from all NHS organisations in England providing NHS-funded secondary care.
The aim of the Estates Return Information Collection (ERIC) is to provide accountability to Parliament, the Government, and the public on NHS expenditure to provide, maintain and service the physical NHS estate which supports the delivery of healthcare.
All data collected are published as aggregate national figures. Data at trust, site and Private Finance Initiative (PFI) scheme level are also published, which allows scrutiny of NHS Trusts’ performance in these areas.
